Terms and Conditions:
| 1. Tour Prices are in Philippine Peso and are on a Per Person basis. |
| 2. Rates are for TOURS ONLY. Hotel accommodations and airport transfers are NOT included. |
| 3. These tours are arranged exclusively for single groups (group of 5, group of 10, etc.). If small groups of guests (groups of 2-5) wish to join bigger groups** (groups of 6 or more) to get the lower price, the bigger group will be informed and they must approve the request. If approved, the price of the bigger group will be followed. (**Both groups must be picked up within CDO City.) |
| 4. Smallest group is made up of 2 persons. Guests traveling alone/solo must pay the price for 2. |
| 5. Fixed@10 is the promotional rate for single groups of exactly 10 pax only. |
| 6. Tour lunch will be taken as either a pre-ordered family-buffet (sharing) or at an Eat-All-U-Can restaurant. |

| 8. Payment of tour packages is via Company Bank Deposit (BPI), Western Union or c/o the hotel where guests are booked. Credit card payments are not yet accepted. |
| 9. DAY TOURS are COMPLETE, COMFORTABLE and CONVENIENT. They carry all the necessary components such as: transfer services, interactive activities, sightseeing tour, tour guiding services, and meals. |
